Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Bancsimple. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not share your account with others or allow anyone else to access your account.

Financial Account Connections

When connecting your financial accounts through Wealthica:

• You authorize us to access your account information on a read-only basis
• We cannot initiate transactions or move money from your accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining your banking credentials
• You can disconnect accounts at any time through your account settings
• We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect account information

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Not use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Not copy, modify, or distribute our content without authorization
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data.

Our service integrates with third-party services like Wealthica. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
